The Town of Orangeville's Zoning By-law [link to Zoning By-law] regulates the use of land and location of any buildings and structures. It states exactly what land uses are allowed and provides details such as:

  • where buildings or structures can be located
  • types of uses and dwellings permitted
  • standards for lot size, yard dimensions and setbacks, building height and parking requirements
