Accessibility Champion Award

The Accessibility Champion award program recognizes individuals, local businesses, or community groups who have demonstrated a passion for making the community more accessible by continually going above and beyond to achieve this goal.  Each year the there is a call for nominations.  The Access Orangeville reviews and selects recipients based on the award criteria.  Please watch for nominations to open in 2027.

Customer Service Standards Policy

The Customer Service Standards Policy establishes a policy for the Town to govern the provision of its goods and services by employees, agents or volunteers to persons with disabilities. In general, the Town must deliver its services in a way that is in keeping with the key principles of dignity, independence, integration and equal opportunity.
