The Orangeville Farmers’ Market re-opens with advance online orders for pick-up on Saturday, May 30. Customers will place their orders by noon on Thursdays for pick-up on Saturdays between 9 and 11 a.m. in the parking lot at 94 Broadway, across from Town Hall. Pick-ups will be either drive-through or curbside walk-up, with specific timeslots depending on customers’ surnames.

Due to COVID-19, a plan was created for a market model with physical distancing and safe handling measures, based on the requirements of Wellington Dufferin Guelph Public Health and the Town of Orangeville. The Pick-up Market Hub will offer customers online ordering at https://downtownorangeville.ca/orangeville-farmers-market/

Online offerings will continue to expand each week. The Farmers’ Market may move to a more traditional market shopping experience later in the season as the COVID-19 situation evolves.

In addition, the BIA, in partnership with Green Monkey Creative, has introduced ShopDowntownOrangeville.ca – a digital downtown marketplace that showcases a wide variety of local businesses. To date, 22 local shops have been added – and this number continues to grow.
