Purpose of the application
The applicant is asking for a minor variance to Zoning By-law number 22-90, as amended, to:
- increase the maximum accessory building height to 6.1 metres (4.3 metres is allowed under the bylaw)
- increase the maximum accessory building coverage to 11 percent (10 percent is allowed under the bylaw)
The reason for the request is to legalize an existing building that is currently non-conforming because of a proposed consent application (file B-03/25).

Appeal process

By asking to be notified, you will also be entitled to receive notice if an appeal on the decision is submitted to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT).
