Purpose of the application

The applicant is asking for a consent to sever a parcel of land to create two separate parcels. A two-storey dwelling will stay on the retained part of the original subject property. The severed portion will include a proposed single detached dwelling as well as an existing heritage barn.

Appeal process

If you would like to be notified of the decision the Committee of Adjustment makes about this application, you need to submit a written request to the secretary-treasurer of the Committee of Adjustment.

By asking to be notified, you will also be entitled to receive notice if an appeal on the decision is submitted to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT).

Please note: only the applicant, certain public bodies and the Minister can submit an appeal. The appeal but be sent to the OLT within 20 days of the notice of decision being issued.
