Get outdoors and keep active this winter. The Town of Orangeville Recreation & Events Division and the Orangeville Public Library have lots to offer. There are lots of ways to participate in keeping active right here in Orangeville. Check out the outdoor skating rinks, local parks and trails, virtual babysitting training and home alone courses for youth, take a walk through town and enjoy the public art, check out the 25 activities to do together or enjoy a story during virtual storytime or an author talk with the library. All of these Get Active winter activities can be found at www.orangeville.ca/get-active. Enjoy spending time with your family and try out some of these activities during Family Day weekend.

Let’s Light Up For Love from February 12-15, during Valentine’s Day and Family Day weekend. Turn on your holiday lights or add some new ones and show your love for Orangeville. Show your spirit and celebrate your love for family and friends, your neighbours and our great community.

“There are so many great things to do right here in our own back yard,” said Mayor Sandy Brown. “Our outdoor skating rinks have been very popular this winter. Take a local walk and see some of our wonderful tree sculptures and local art, put on your snowshoes and walk the trails. Get out to enjoy the winter weather, get some sun on your cheeks and spend time with your household, you never know you may find something new right here in Orangeville.”
