Orangeville Recreation is inviting seniors in the community to come and celebrate National Seniors Day with free drop-in swims and fitness programs for those ages 55 and up.

Throughout the day on October 4, activities will be available at both Tony Rose Memorial Sports Centre and Alder Recreation Centre.

“Older adults are a vibrant, strong part of our communities, and they deserve to be celebrated,” said Sharon Doherty-Gaudin, Manager, Recreation and Events. “Orangeville Recreation is proud to continue to provide opportunities for older people in our communities to have fun while experiencing healthy and active lifestyles.”

Along with a variety of activities, complimentary cookies will be provided and a coffee voucher from B-Social Dufferin will be available throughout the day at the front desk.
