Proposed Development (2019):

Further, the revised Plan of Subdivision proposes 6.24 ha {15.42 ac) of natural heritage system to be protected, an open space walkway, two park blocks consisting of 2.10 ha (5.19 ac) collectively (one park block is intended for a dog park), and a 1.24 ha (3.06 ac) stormwater management facility.

Proposed Development (2017):

623 residential dwellings (including, 93 conventional townhouse dwellings, 26 back-back townhouse dwellings, 72 stacked townhouse dwellings;,and 432 apartment dwellings). The plan proposes  Environmental Protection (Natural Heritage System, Wetland, Floodplain, Woodlot, Creeks and Buffers) and Open Space Blocks. A total of two (2) Park Blocks are identified on the proposed plan as well as a Stormwater Management Block.

Proposed Development (2010):

545 residential dwelling units including approximately 245 townhouse dwellings and 300 apartment dwellings; a series of three (3) Park Blocks totalling 2.11 hectares (5.21 acres) in area; a 5.53 hectare (13.66 acre) Open Space Conservation Block; and a 0.96 hectare (2.37 acre) Stormwater Management Facility Block.
