Purpose of the application

The applicant is asking for a minor variance to Zoning By-law number 22-90, as amended, to increase the maximum amount of lot coverage allowed to 37 per cent. The bylaw allows a maximum lot coverage of 30 per cent. The reason for the requested increase is to allow the applicant to build an accessory building.

Appeal process

If you would like to be notified of the decision the Committee of Adjustment makes about this application, you need to submit a written request to the secretary-treasurer of the Committee of Adjustment.

By asking to be notified, you will also be entitled to receive notice if an appeal on the decision is submitted to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT).
