Purpose of the application

The applicant is asking for a minor variance to Zoning By-law number 22-90, as amended, to introduce a minimum combined or blended parking rate of 1 parking space per 18 square metres of floor area. 

The reason for the request is to allow for the same parking rate for all permitted uses across the entire subject property.

By asking to be notified, you will also be entitled to receive notice if an appeal on the decision is submitted to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT).
