Don’t Stop Beleafing Challenge
Creative Writing and Drawing Challenge for Kids - age 6 to 12
Submission can be made online or dropped off at the Mill St. Library from
June 6 to August 28
Local artist Emma Pink and Orangeville Public Library have partnered to bring you the Don’t Stop Beleafing Challenge, a creative writing and drawing challenge with a catch! Your story must be called “Don’t Stop Beleafing” and it will be about a plant that _______________ (you fill in the blank). Your plant can do/be anything you imagine because this is your story, written and created by you.

Before you get started, please read the guidelines below:
Guidelines and Submission Instructions:
1. Don’t stop beleafing in yourself and have fun!
2. Read rule #1 again
The Don’t Stop Beleafing challenge will run until Friday, August 28.
All participants names will be entered into a draw to win a cool art themed prize pack!
To submit your masterpiece, please follow these steps:
To submit your story online:
1. Send an email to [email protected] and include:
a. Your first and last name
b. Your age
c. Contact information (phone number and email address)
d. Your story and artwork as attachments
2. Double check that you attached everything then click send.
To submit your story in person (Mill St. Library):
1. Put your story in a large envelope or ziploc bag (whatever you have on hand will do)
2. Label the envelope with your:
a. first and last name
c. phone number
d. email address
3. Put in the drop box at the Mill St. library (located on Mill St. beside the entrance)
