Finance Assistant – Summer Student

Corporate Services Department

Contract dates: May 6, 2019 to August 30, 2019

The Finance division requires a summer student to assist with records management, gather information for organization of Finance division files including both paper and electronic filing, data inputting, minute taking, ad hoc projects, and other duties as assigned. Normal hours of work for this position will be up to thirty-five (35) hours per week.    

Students must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution in a course of study, which emphasizes Business, Public or Municipal Administration, or Accounting.  A working knowledge of SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook in a Microsoft Windows environment is a definite asset.
