Are you or your kids getting stressed out by your busy life? Learn some healthy coping skills and strategies to help you more effectively manage your busy family and take care of yourself too. We’ll also extend those strategies to help children with stress management, emotional regulation, and soothing their anxiety. This is a two-part workshop that takes place on November 7 and 14.
