July 18, 2017, 6:30pm - 7:30pm
The Ready Set Read program is designed to teach parents how to sustain reading skills over the summer in a fun and interactive environment for kids. Children attend the program with a parent. Each week, for six weeks, a teacher from the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board will model a variety of reading comprehension strategies. You will receive a parent & reader toolkit to help support summer reading.
This program is open to all children (all school boards) in grades 1 to 3 and requires no registration. Meet in the Alder Street Program Room.
