4. Statutory Public Meeting

4.1      In the matter of an application by Robert Christopher Deacon and Sarah Elizabeth Stewart for a minor variance to Zoning By-law 22-90, as amended, on property described as Part of Block 115, Plan 334, Part 2 on Reference Plan 7R-3997, municipally known as 62 Amelia Street, in the Town of Orangeville, in the County of Dufferin, under the provisions of Section 45 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended. The subject property is zoned “Residential Third Density (R3) Zone, S.P. 24.70.”  File A-13/19

Explanatory Note:

The applicants are requesting a minor variance to increase the maximum permitted width of a driveway from 5.2 metres to 5.4 metres for a lot with a frontage of between 9.0 metres to 12.0 metres to accommodate the minimum number of legal parking spaces required for a single detached dwelling with a second dwelling unit.

4.2       In the matter of an application by Gerry and Sherri Bowie for a minor variance to Zoning By-law 22-90, as amended, on property described as Lot 17, Plan 327, municipally known as 333 Lewis Drive, in the Town of Orangeville, in the County of Dufferin, under the provisions of Section 45 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended. The subject property is zoned “Residential Fourth Density (R4) Zone, S.P. 24.111.” File A-14/19

 Explanatory Note:

 The applicants are requesting a minor variance to reduce the minimum required front yard setback from 6 metres to 4.3 metres to permit the construction of a deck in the front yard.

4.3       In the matter of an application by Ken and Wendie De Bruyn for a minor variance to Zoning By-law 22-90, as amended, on property described as Lot 40, Registered Plan 7M-33, municipally known as 119 Joshua Road, in the Town of Orangeville, in the County of Dufferin, under the provisions of Section 45 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended. The subject property is zoned “Residential Sixth Density (R6) Zone, S.P. 24.146.”  File A-15/19
