    1. In the matter of an application by Amy and Curtis Bonenfant for a minor variance to Zoning By-law 22-90, as amended, on property described as Part of Block 34, Plan 7M-43, designated as Part 1 on Reference Plan 7R-5886, municipally known as 80 Victor Large Way, in the Town of Orangeville, in the County of Dufferin, under the provisions of Section 45 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended. The subject property is zoned “Multiple Residential Medium Density (RM1) Zone S.P. 24.172”.  File A-7-19

     Explanatory Note:

The applicants are requesting a minor variance to reduce the established side yard setback from 5.15 metres to 3.09 metres to permit the construction of a deck in the exterior side yard.

4.2       In the matter of an application by Chad and Marrie Ferguson and William and Julie Ferguson for minor variances to Zoning By-law 22-90, as amended, on property described as Part of Lot 15, Registered Plan 99, municipally known as 43 Erindale Avenue, in the Town of Orangeville, in the County of Dufferin, under the provisions of Section 45 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended. The subject property is zoned “Residential Third Density (R3) Zone”.  File A-10/19

Explanatory Note:

The applicants are requesting minor variances to reduce the minimum number of required parking spaces from 3 to 2 and to increase the maximum permitted width of a driveway from 5.2 metres to 5.4 metres to accommodate the minimum required number of legal parking spaces for a semi-detached dwelling and a second dwelling unit.

4.3       In the matter of an application by 1751188 Ontario Inc. for consent to sever a parcel of land described as Block 9, Lots 9–14, Part of Lots 1,7,8,15-21, Registered Plan 212, designated as Parts 1-19 on Reference Plan 7R-5868, municipally known as 1 Elizabeth Street, in the Town of Orangeville, in the County of Dufferin, under the provisions of Section 53 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.13, as amended.  The subject property is zoned “Institutional (INST) Zone.”  File B-2/19

Explanatory Note:

The applicant is applying for consent to sever a parcel of land which has an area of approximately 9,073.7 square metres to create a new residential building lot.

The severed parcel of land will have a frontage on Elizabeth Street of approximately 35.53 metres, a depth of approximately 60.7 metres and an area of approximately 2,156.7 square metres. The severed parcel of land is proposed for residential development.

The retained parcel of land will have a frontage on Elizabeth Street of approximately 117.34 metres, a maximum depth of approximately 60.7 metres and an area of approximately 6,917 square metres.  The retained parcel of land contains a one storey medical office.
