4.1 In the matter of an application by Daniele Fleming for a minor variance to Zoning By-law 22-90, as amended, on property described as Part of Lot 32, Registered Plan 129, designated as Parts 11 and 12 on Reference Plan 7R-2056, municipally known as 12 Steven Street, in the Town of Orangeville, in the County of Dufferin, under the provisions of Section 45 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended. The subject property is zoned “Residential Third Density (R3) Zone”.  File A-3/19

Explanatory Note:

The applicant is requesting a minor variance to increase the maximum permitted width of a driveway from 5.2 metres to 5.4 metres to accommodate the minimum required number of legal parking spaces for a semi-detached dwelling and a second dwelling unit.

4.2 In the matter of an application by Anthony Ford for a minor variance to Zoning By-law 22-90, as amended, on property described as Part of Lot 25, Registered Plan 98, designated as Part 1 on Reference Plan 7R-2460, municipally known as 24 Caledonia Road, in the Town of Orangeville, in the County of Dufferin, under the provisions of Section 45 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended. The subject property is zoned “Residential Third Density (R3) Zone”.  File A-4/19

Explanatory Note:

The applicant is requesting a minor variance to increase the maximum permitted width of a driveway from 4 metres to 5.4 metres for a lot with frontage of between 6.8 metres and 8.9 metres, to accommodate the minimum required number of legal parking spaces for a semi-detached dwelling and a second dwelling unit.

P.13, as amended. The subject property is zoned “Residential Second Density (R2) Zone” File A-5/19

Explanatory Note:

 The applicant is requesting minor variances to reduce the minimum required interior side yard setback from 1.5 metres to 1.0 metres (on the side of the dwelling having more than one storey) and to reduce the minimum required interior side yard setback from 1.2 metres to 1.0 metres (on the side of the dwelling having 1 storey) to facilitate the construction of a second storey addition to an existing dwelling and to permit two entrances in the front wall of a dwelling.

P.13, as amended. The subject property is zoned “Residential Second Density (R2) Zone”. File A-6/19

 Explanatory Note:

The applicants are requesting a minor variance to permit a second driveway in the exterior side yard/rear yard.
