The Human Resources Division provides a full range of Human Resources services to the Corporation of the Town of Orangeville, with more than 180 full-time employees, over 180 part-time employees and approximately 100 seasonal employees every year.
As part of the Corporate Services Department, the Human Resources Division provides expertise in the areas of recruitment, training and development, employee and labour relations, health and safety, policy and procedure administration, and providing advice to managers, staff and members of Council on Human Resources related issues.
