Small business workshops

The Orangeville and Area SBEC hosts workshops to help entrepreneurs start and grow their businesses. Each event is led by an engaging expert and aims to provide relevant and valuable content. At Ask the Expert sessions, you'll have a chance to get direct advice from a local professional and some workshops provide hands-on experience with specific tools. Select the events that best suit your business needs.

Unless otherwise listed, all workshops are held in-person at the SBEC office and are free to attend. Pre-registration is required as space is limited. All of these and other local business-related workshops and events can be viewed on our business event calendar.

Business events

Throughout the year, the Town of Orangeville’s Economic Development and Culture office hosts a variety of events to bring together local business owners and community leaders. Each event aims to address a specific need in our community while creating opportunities for learning and connection. For example, the Orangeville and Area Job Fair held in October gives local employers an opportunity showcase their business to job seekers.
